It has been six long months and we are back. On 17 May 2018, precisely at 2 pm CET, we are once again going to brew most intriguing beers together with brew enthusiasts from around the world in the course of a new edition of #BestBrewChallenge 2018 (BBC 2018).
Anyone can participate in the #BestBrewChallenge contest to brew the BEST BEER 2018. Similarly to the last years, participants will be subject to only a few conditions: Usage of at least 18% BEST Vienna and a range of 11-16 °P. The motto of BBC 2018 is: No Limits! We are looking forward to sampling as many creative brews as possible! Feel free to play around with the hops and yeast selection as well as fermentation, ageing and filtration. Be creative and have fun!
Every beer sent to us at BESTMALZ®, Germany, until 30 July 2018 will be evaluated by an independent international beer sommelier jury. Individual feedback reports will be prepared for each beer submitted. Registration opens January 2018 at www.bestbrewchallenge.com.
